Anita Moras

Anita Moras is an Indian-born Canadian Citizen immigrated to Calgary in 2008, prior to starting her journey in real-estate, she was employed as Underwriter with Intact Insurance for 8 years and as a Unit Clerk with Bethany Healthcare for 4 years.

She holds business degree and has completed an Unlicensed Real Estate Assistant course with Calgary Real Estate Board.

Beyond her work as in operations support for the Alberta Homes Team, she is am highly involved in volunteering in Foothills Hospital past the past 3 years.

Anita’s roles and responsibilities:

• Inputting listings/changes in listing MLS after approval and verification from the real-estate agents for Alberta Homes Team when required.
• Scheduling showings of properties on behalf of our real estate professionals.
• Setting-up client/customer files, taking property photos, completing fact sheets for our real estate professionals, and delivering them to the respective properties.
• Assembling documents for closing or incoming/outgoing home buyers and sellers.
